1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our logo design services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

FR Logo Design provides custom logo creation services including but not limited to:

• Custom logo concepts and designs
• Logo revisions based on client feedback
• Delivery of high-resolution logo files
• Basic brand guidance and consultation
• Social media and favicon versions
• Vector file creation (Premium package)
• Basic brand kit creation (Premium package)

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before work begins on your project. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and PayPal.

Package Details:

• Starter Package: $50 - Includes 1 logo concept, 1 revision, high-resolution file
• Professional Package: $75 - Includes 1-2 logo concepts, 2 revisions, brand guidance
• Premium Package: $150 - Includes 2-3 logo concepts, 3 revisions, full brand kit

4. Revision Policy

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

• Starter: 1 revision round after initial concept delivery
• Professional: 2 revision rounds after initial concept delivery
• Premium: 3 revision rounds after initial concept delivery

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be available for an additional fee.

5. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary by package:

• Starter: 5-7 business days
• Professional: 3-5 business days
• Premium: 1-3 business days (priority delivery)

Timelines begin after we receive all necessary information and assets from the client. Delays in client response may affect delivery dates.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership and copyright of the final logo design. FR Logo Design retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials, concepts, or ideas provided to us do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear briefs and feedback in a timely manner
• Supply any necessary brand guidelines, images, or references
• Make all required payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure that any content provided does not violate intellectual property rights

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee:

Cancellations must be requested in writing before work has commenced to be eligible for a full refund.

9. File Delivery and Format

Upon project completion, clients will receive:

• High-resolution PNG files with transparent background
• JPG files with white background
• Favicon and social media sized versions (Professional and Premium packages)
• Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) - Premium package only
• Basic brand guidelines - Premium package only

10. Limitation of Liability

FR Logo Design shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
